Bluegrass & Beyond

grays arch.jpg

Hi and welcome to Bluegrass & Beyond.  I'm just someone trying to do a little good in the world - whether it's by advocating for people with substance use disorder, practicing law in a way that makes a difference, or simply spending time in nature and learning from it.  I love Kentucky - its history, its trails, and the people who call it home.  This blog is a place for sharing stories, having real conversations, and staying connected to what matters.  I don't have all the answers, but I care deeply, and I'm glad you're here.

I wanna hang a map of the world in my house.  Then I'm gonna put pins into all the locations that I've traveled to.  But first, I'm gonna have to travel to the top two corners of the map so it won't fall down - Mitch Hedberg

Music Corner

Here's music I love, that I'm discovering, and what I can recommend.  Eclectic but particular.  Sometimes magic, sometimes tragic, but life it ain't real funky unless it's got that pop.  Dig it?
